Gaziantep yöresi çalışıyorum:) Yalnızca Gaziantep'e ait 252 çeşit yemek olduğunu biliyor muydunuz? Tarif araştırırken, Antep'li arkadaşlarımın eşlerinden ve annelerinden de destek aldığımı itiraf etmeliyim:) Bu araştırma süreci içinde, SİMİT adıyla geçen malzemenin de bizim bildiğimiz "köftelik ince bulgur" olduğunu öğrendim:)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;Bu yöreye ait en beğendiğim yemeklerden biri de Yoğurtlu Yuvarlama. Yapımı bir hayli zaman alıyor ama insan takmaya görsün bir kere kafaya...Yapıyor!!:)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;Orjinal tarifi, kendi damak tadımıza göre biraz modifiye ettim. Et makinam olmadığı için pirinci ve eti birlikte çekemedim. Yerlerine hazır kıyma ve un kullandım. Bir de yemeğin içine çok az salça ve tereyağı ekledim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#990000;"&gt;Biz, ailece çok beğendik. Zaten, içine patatesin girip de lezzetli olmayan bir yemek düşünemiyorum. Hastayım Patatese!! Normal şartlar altında yaklaşık 40-45 dakikada anca yumuşayan patatesleri, 15 dakika içinde sosislerle birlikte hallettim. Bu sayede, hem vitamin değerinden bir şey kaybetmediler, hem de yüksek ısıda şoklayarak piştiklerinden daha bi lezzetli oldular, o nedenle patatesleri düdüklü tencerede bir 15 dakika kadar pişirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ben, evde tavuk olmadığı için sosisle denedim, çok başarılı oldu..Bir nevi kumpir gibi, bayıldık biz:)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;color:#990000;"&gt;Eğer sosis yerine tavuk kullanmak isterseniz, patates ve tavukları birlikte haşlamanızı öneririm.
